On behalf of the entire triathlon community across the country, Triathlon Canada would like to extend our deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Kim Ward who tragically passed away following a car accident in Saanich on Monday night.
Kim was a key member of Triathlon Canada’s Integrated Support Team as our Registered Massage Therapist for both the Beijing and London Olympic quadrennials.
Kim played a critical role in ensuring our athletes were healthy and fully prepared to achieve excellence each time they hit the start line. Kim was a true professional, a great teammate and a very dear friend! Kim, you will be missed by all of us! RIP.
