Canadian triathletes are among the world leaders in the sport – both in the high-performance stream and age-group stream. Each year, Triathlon Canada sanctions a number of events such as the International Triathlon Union (ITU) Triathlon World Championships, the Canadian Triathlon Championships and the National Junior Series.
