Athl\u00e8te multisport de longue date, elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions internationales et a offert un encadrement de haute qualit\u00e9 au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, que ce soit dans le cadre de l&rsquo;initiation ou de la haute performance. Lucy est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en \u00e9ducation et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec Triathlon Canada en 2018 pour mobiliser nos partenaires nationaux et provinciaux tout en dirigeant la r\u00e9vision des voies communautaires et comp\u00e9titives du Programme national de certification des entra\u00eeneurs de l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil d&rsquo;administration est convaincu que l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et les connaissances approfondies de Lucy en ce qui concerne notre sport, sa collaboration avec tous les intervenants, sa passion, ses fortes comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles et relationnelles lui permettront d&rsquo;occuper le poste de chef de la direction par int\u00e9rim avec comp\u00e9tence et professionnalisme, tout en fournissant aux op\u00e9rations de l&rsquo;organisation le leadership et la stabilit\u00e9 dont elle a besoin pendant l&rsquo;absence de Kim.<\/p>\n<p>Appuy\u00e9e par le personnel du bureau national, Lucy a accept\u00e9, jusqu&rsquo;en octobre, de partager son temps entre ses fonctions de chef de la direction par int\u00e9rim et ses responsabilit\u00e9s habituelles li\u00e9es au programme des entra\u00eeneurs. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, elle sera le principal point de contact pour tous les intervenants et les membres.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil d&rsquo;administration a jug\u00e9 important de confier ce poste int\u00e9rimaire \u00e0 une personne faisant partie du personnel actuel &#8211; une professionnelle capable d&rsquo;assurer la stabilit\u00e9 pendant cette p\u00e9riode, avec un temp\u00e9rament calme et mesur\u00e9, afin de permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation de continuer \u00e0 mener toutes ses activit\u00e9s et, si possible, de faire progresser les initiatives strat\u00e9giques cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, je tiens \u00e0 remercier Lucy d\u2019avoir accept\u00e9 d&rsquo;assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de ce r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important.
