Growing up in Victoria, Aiden had a natural affiliation for summer sports. He competed in the pool for during his formative years while also running track in high school. Throw in a bit of biking and he was ready for triathlon. Aiden has never looked back and is now on a steady development path in Triathlon Canada’s national program. He got his first real taste of competing at the highest level in triathlon in 2019 when he toed the line at SuperLeague Jersey.

Aiden has many good results under his belt with a handful of podium finishes at the Americas Triathlon Cup level, and first represented Canada at the 2017 Junior World Championships where he was first out of the water. He also competed in the Aquathon at the 2017 Worlds where he was the top junior and third in the elite race. He went on to represent Canada at the premier event in a non-Olympic year at the 2019 World Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Did You Know…it is rare for Aiden to stay at a party past 8:30 p.m. He wants to climb Mount Everest without supplemental oxygen, he built a bridge in Nicaragua and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Aiden loves to play chess, hike and learn Japanese.
