Canceling an order
We begin to process your order immediately after you submit your order.  We pick, pack, and ship your order as quickly as we can. We do not have the ability to change or stop orders once they have been placed. Instead of canceling your order, simply return the product to us when you receive it using the shipping label included with your order. We will refund the original cost of the merchandise less a re-stocking fee of $5.00. For health reasons we cannot take back items that have been worn or used.

$20.00 CAN Expedited Air Next Day Delivery (please be aware that some provinces will take a few days longer)

We are committed to providing you with a safe, confidential data exchange experience. Triathlon Canada therefore voluntarily adheres to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada).

What does Triathlon Canada use your personal information for?
The purpose for which personal information is collected is to provide customized service to you. Applicants and registrants to certain events or funding programs may also be required to provide us with information so that we may process their requests and maintain accurate records for accounting purposes.
We do not share personal information with other organizations.

Returns
Your Satisfaction is guaranteed or your money refunded!

You may return your purchase within 30 days with your receipt for a full refund or credit. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We will refund the original cost of the merchandise less a re-stocking fee of $5.00. Items must be returned in their original condition. For health reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn.

Please e-mail merchandise@triathloncanada.com  for a Return Authorization number. The email request must include the following information to receive a Return Authorization number: first and last name of customer who placed the order, username, full billing address, details on the product(s) being returned (product name, product SKU/code/number, product color, and size) and the reason for returning the product(s). Return Authorization number must be prominently displayed on the package of the returned product. Returned products need to be shipped to the following address.
